Inspired by life's stunning sceneries, treasures, nontraditional love, thrift stores, plants of any kind, epic playlists, roads trips, birds singing, laughing, slow mornings, walks, and homesteading.
When I am not at weddings, or behind my computer screen editing while my orange tabby boy kitty lays next to me with his head either on my left arm, or resting his head on my laptop- you can find me enjoying slow mornings listening to Tate McRae or Alex Warren on Vinyl, or tapping into my other music interests such as Matchbox 20, Bad Omens, or Dayseeker. I may also be spending time outside in my garden, thrifting or admiring antique stores, shopping at greenhouses for many more plants I (probably don't) need, reading a good romance/thriller book or enjoying a yummy meal with a delicious strawberry daiquiri after hiking with my handsome boyfriend.

I started documenting these things because I wanted to create the art of capturing peoples stories so they can be held in a photograph & cherished forever. I wanted to document these stories and create a safe space for people to feel and be themselves. Want to hangout at home playing board games and eating pizza? I'm SO down. Want to cuddle in a hammock with your love while you watch your kids play in the yard? 100% there. I want to capture who you truly are. What your story is.

As a young child, I have always found so much inspiration in movies. How each scene looks, the bright lights with dark colors or the fast moving scenes that grab your attention where you're so into it you forget to blink.
All the non-perfect scenes that when brought together, tell such an amazing story.
This is what I incorporate into my work, every time I grasp my camera.
Each session, each photo captured is playing into its own scene, you are starring in YOUR
own movie.
I have documented SO many stories, and none are the same. That is one of the many beautiful reasons why I love documenting stories.
